BUYING PROCESS
Product details
Our products can be seen in our catalogue. We try to give you as much as details we find, and as good photos as possible, but colour and size rate differences can be and that’s why we cannot take responsibilities for this.
Price
Our products price includes the VAT, Value Added Tax. The price on the hungarian language site is at Hungarian Forint. The price doesn’t consists the delivery cost, which is added differently depends on countries.
The special prices ont he webstore are valid for concrete stock or time, but they are fixed and doesn’t change on the order to the delivery time.
Product Ordering, Usage of cart
Please choose the colour, left-or right, size type of your product before you added to your cart. You can change the amount now or later as well. If you click to the cart you can see the chosen items. You can continoue buying or start purchasing. If you buy first time in our webstore we need other information from you. Billing and delivery details, but if you bought earlier and step in with your account name and password, our system note it and give back earlier datas.

PAY METHOD
For foreighn customers we can give two ways of purchasing. You can pay by card with the safe OTP (National Savings Bank) system or we can make you the invoice and send it in e-mail. After we send the package for you with GLS or MPL and partners.
DELIVERY
Most of the time these products are on stock. You can see it correctly in details of the product page. We send you the products as soon as possible, most of the time it is on your place within 5 days. We give you correct information about the delivery and you can check it all the time in the package information system.
Sometimes it is possible due to our nice prices that two order consists the same products, if it is happen we inform you immediately. Our stock is changing all the time, that’s why our stock information is just an informal not a commitment for you. If you ordered different delivery time products we wait for the last and after pack them. If you would like to get separately as soon as possible please give us different orders. We deliver the packages by the GLS and partners.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERIING
You have 8 days from the arriving of the package to cancel your order, but sending back is your cost and task. If the product didin’t used, the packaging of the product is unhurted we will send back the money in 30 days time. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us.

We are a webstore, we don’t have shop, or office. We are kindly wait your question on phone, e-mail or officcial Facebbok channel as well. At our company address there is no stock, customer relationship person or sales person.
